South Wales Computer Repairs is a computer, warranty and maintenance provider that addresses the needs of computer manufacturers, distributors, retailers and end users by providing an on-site or workshop warranty and PC maintenance.
SWCR was set up by Geoff Morgan who recognised that there were no third party and end user companies providing warranty repairs to the standards demanded by manufacturers. Having identified a demand for their specialist services, SWCR was formed and an organisational structure developed with flexibility and responsiveness in mind. The result is a focused company which is ready and able to respond to the demands and expectations of the end user by providing the best computer maintenance services available.
SWCR strengths lie in combining a highly skilled and motivated team of engineers who undertake daily warranty calls and quality checks with sophisticated back office systems incorporating task scheduling with the precise stock control of clients parts.
Our engineers are therefore able to provide the level of service required by our clients, but, in support, our back office personnel provide a customer care programme on all warranty call outs, thus enhancing the quality of service users demand.
